I am out of magic! Why and what should I do know?

Most of the inn’s furniture and services require a magic source, unless it’s just a table with no signs of magic whatsoever. The new constructed rooms will also require magic for lights.

To increase your magic, you have to upgrade a magic generator or magic kettles in the magic room.

How do I build new rooms?

To build new rooms, go to room management. Each room or service will require gold and has some base magic consumption in order to be constructed. Be sure to have some spare gold left after purchase to maintain your Inn.

How do I get 5 stars in an Inn?

Stars represent the quality and comfort of your inn in the eyes of your visitors. To increase stars you have to buy and upgrade new items and unlock new rooms. To have 5 stars you have to construct all of the rooms and services, buy and upgrade all items in all of them. Premium items DO NOT count towards room or service completion.

My profits are low, how do I earn more?

Your profits are the difference between Inn’s income and expenses, which include salaries. Try to optimize the amount of your staff. Each service has the amount of visitors one worker can provide service too. Try to fire extensive staff and focus on upgrading objects in rooms or services to increase profit per client first.

My staff resigns! What is the problem?

All of your staff have a daily wage that is paid at the end of their shift. If you don’t have enough gold to pay their wages they will resign and never come back again. Remember that the recruitment process in medieval times is complicated since there is no LinkedIn or email. It will cost you an additional gold to find and hire a new staff member again.

I saw visitors being angry. Why?

Visitors could become angry if they are not getting service for a while. This can be caused by a long registration queue or any other service queues. To fix it, hire more staff and/or upgrade service rooms items.

My rooms are not full! What do I do?

First of all, rooms can only be occupied if they are clean. If you are lacking cleaners, cleaning speed will decrease and some of the rooms may not be ready for check-in time. When this happens, visitors won’t have an empty and clean room to stay in and will leave.

Advertisement campaigns can also help by attracting additional visitors - turn them on when you have unoccupied rooms and turn them off when the Inn is completely booked.

How do I transfer money to a new Inn?

You don’t. Each Inn is separated by several weeks on a horse and are scattered around the big world. Your role as a manager is to help each Inn to become profitable and become the best Inn in the region by operating Inn’s budget. But there are new ways to spend gold in your completed Inns coming soon!

What are Landmarks and why should I build them?

Landmarks are magnificent constructions that will make your Inn even more attractive to tourists! You can spend excess currency from completed Inns to build Landmarks that will unlock new mini-features that will grant bonuses in all of your inns. For example, Statue of Libeerty will grant you a free daily chest containing pet cards. Want to know what others will unlock? Explore!

What are pet chests and why would I be interested?

It gives you pet cards! Pet cards will unlock and upgrade pets that will grant you bonuses in your inn. Also, these cute fluffies will start roaming around your taverns! You can get new pets from chests in the shop or daily rewards.

I can’t sync account on Android and iOS devices!

Currently the game only supports local saves, but cross-save support is coming in future updates!

How do I reset my progress?

Currently you can delete your save files to do so.

For Android: Tap and hold the game icon, go to “App Info” and press “Clear Storage”.

For iOS: Reinstall the app.
